Summary: He talked with a lawyer, served ScholarshipWinner with an eviction notice, and gave her a check for a couple nights stay at a hotel. She complained and asked for a nicer hotel and said she wasn’t leaving until the check cleared. He said no. She left wearing one of my brother’s shirts.
Highlights: She claimed that I never gave her a key to the house. She also accused my brother of having an unnatural relationship with me. Apparently, it’s unusual for a brother and sister to be close enough to live in the same house and for him to take my word on the fact that she’s crazy.
In other news, I am back from San Diego! For those of you who didn’t know, I was gone last week and had that lengthy story posting while I was gone so you wouldn’t have to miss me. Haha… yeah, right. I know.

I am STILL shocked by all those events…how can 1 person be that many shades of crazy? I’m glad it all worked out – sounds like all possessions of yours and Sonny’s are still accounted for, except for the 1 shirt?

Hey, Jane, actually your brother didn’t serve her with an eviction notice. He just asked her to leave verbally. If she won’t leave by Monday, he will serve her with a notice of illegal entry as the plan of action. Then he will pack her stuff and leave them outside of the house.

that was the best summary ever! i read your bro’s blog and it was nicely explained, but your summary was tops. if it were an abstract for a scientific paper, it’d be one of the best abstracts ever. but since it’s not, i suppose that doesn’t apply.
oh people can be that insane, and even worse, believe you me. and Enjy, now i get what you were saying about sociopath. i forgot the term was basically a lay term for Antisocial Personality Disorder, which i and my medical colleagues just refer to as someone who has Antisocial Personality Disorder. lol. my bad.
yes, i just said my bad. and it felt oh so good doing it. lol! :D
