Branching out

I went to water my plants this morning and noticed that Fanneuil (Boston Fern, left) was growing up against the window. The side facing the room had been showing some brownish leaves and I thought I had reason to worry. But then, I turned him around and the side facing the window was so much greener! I guess he has been getting enough water and sunlight. 
I rotated him this morning, so hopefully he’ll start looking green all around soon.
Gimli (Dwarf tree, right) has been doing really well too. I suspect I may have been watering him too often before. He seems to have really branched out since I’ve been on travel. So, I’ll probably stick to watering him just once or twice a week. He’s in a new pot now too and is really starting to grow into it. I’m excited to see how fast he fills this one up. Maybe it’s the new dirt!
